RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange/Return Eligibility

Please note that all items will only be eligible for exchange/return if:

  1. Request is submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise

  2. Original tags must be attached

  3. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear (makeup, perfume, dirt, deordorant, etc.) 

  4. All pieces must be intact (straps, padding, etc.)

 

We reserve the right to refuse your exchange/return request if any of these listed items are present.

 

Exchange Policy 

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange an item, please ensure that your item(s) meet the exchange/return eligibility and send us an exchange request HERE

 We do not accept exchanges on custom items. Please send us an email if you have any issues with your custom order. 

 

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and cannot find another item you would like, you can start your return request HERE.  Items must meet exchange/return eligibility standards or the return request will be denied and sent back at customer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds—store credit only. We will normally respond to your request within 1-3 business days.  

THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 Sink or Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when placing the order. Once the order is placed the customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to the merchandise. After the package has been dropped off at post office or other shipment facility, we are no longer responsible; the customer and shipping company assume responsibility from that point until delivery.
